Our primary market is the seven-county Tampa metro and we’re selectively expanding across Central and East Coast Florida, with existing holdings in the Midwest and South Central regions.
Our team brings roughly 80 years of combined commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, leasing and asset management. Collectively, we own hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail, industrial and multi-family across the South East and Central US.

What We Look For
Well-located real estate with demand that isn’t going anywhere, and something specific we can fix. That might be vacancy, rents sitting below market, land that isn’t being used, or a building that just needs to be repositioned. If we can see the path from where a property is today to where it should be, we’re interested.
